
Understanding Change
Recommended for everyone who take part in change, especially line employees.
What it’s about:
- Identifying your reaction to change.
- Understanding other people’s reaction to change.
- Helping you engaging in change management projects and processes.
By the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
- Change their perceptions and attitudes to engage in change.
- Identify in which “Room of Change” they are and react appropriately.
- Help themselves to get onboard with change faster and more effectively and hence support their supervisors in the change journey.
