What it\u2019s about:<\/span><\/h6>

Developed by psychologist William Moulton Marston, the DISC model<\/strong> categorizes behavior into four key styles:<\/p>

  • Dominance (D)<\/strong> \u2013 Focused on results, action, and taking charge.<\/li>
  • Influence (I)<\/strong> \u2013 Outgoing, persuasive, and relationship-oriented.<\/li>
  • Steadiness (S)<\/strong> \u2013 Supportive, patient, and team-focused.<\/li>
  • Conscientiousness (C)<\/strong> \u2013 Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.<\/li><\/ul>

    The DISC D3 approach<\/strong> goes beyond the classic model by integrating three additional dimensions. It measures behavioral styles (DISC), thinking styles in teams (TEAMS), internal values\/motivators (Values), and behavioral attitudes (BAI) helping to understand how people act, think, and what drives them.<\/p>
