Consulting
During consultation, together with you, we will diagnose the area for improvement and define the end result through understanding the KPIs that need to be affected, gathering data, and conducting an in-depth case-study analysis. Within 5 days, you will get a personalized offer, tailored to your budget and needs.

Training
Your training program will focus on providing not just knowledge but also affecting the character of the participants. Depending on the program and your needs, 50%-90% of the training program is practice in a real, work context. Participants chair their meetings, negotiate scope and deadlines of their projects, write and improve their own emails, deliver their presentations, etc. This hands-on approach ensures quick implementation and lasting results.
Coaching

This stage helps you move from “training” to “transformation”. Participants apply the training content in their everyday work. Post-training coaching with our experts helps you tackle real-work challenges like negotiations, presentations, delegating, and many more. You get practical tips you can use immediately that ensure training retention and influence business results.
Measurement
Participant assessments, as well as measuring business results of a team and/or the organization, show the impact of new skills on company performance. This is done using tools developed or purchased by ABT or ones already in use by the Client.
