You’ll learn about how to develop yourself as a leader, so that you will have tools to build independence in yourself and in your team members.

Agenda:

• 4 domains of development:
         – intellectual (critical thinking and problem solving),
         – emotional (conflict resolution),
         – social (leading the team, cooperation),
         – moral/ethical (keeping your word,meeting KPIs, following company rules).
• Where am I as a leader?
• How to practice/improve chosen domains.
• How to pass on what you’ve learned.
