What it’s about:
This practical workshop focuses on understanding how personal energy influences productivity, focus, and well-being. Participants explore their daily habits, perform a quick energy audit, and learn how to consciously manage energy during demanding work periods.
It focuses on four types of energy:
- Physical – the body’s capacity to sustain activity.
- Emotional – the ability to maintain positive emotions, motivation, and resilience.
- Mental – focus, concentration, and the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- Spiritual – the sense of meaning, values, and alignment.
Participants reflect on how these energy sources fluctuate during the day and identify habits that either support or drain their energy.
By the end of the workshop, the participants will:
- Identify their current habits and assess their personal energy levels using a quick energy audit.
- Get a set of techniques that support each energy.
- Create a personal 4-step plan to better manage their energy and maintain effectiveness during demanding periods.
