What it’s about:
Based on the model developed by Ichak Adizes, this tool categorizes leadership, management, and work styles into four key roles:
- Producer (P) – Focused on results and execution,
- Administrator (A) – Driven by process, structure, and organization
- Entrepreneur (E) – Visionary, innovative, and change-oriented
- Integrator (I) – Prioritizes harmony, collaboration, and team cohesion
This model is used to diagnose both organizational effectiveness and individual contribution.
By the end of the wprkshop, the participants will be able to:
- Understand their own communication style and how it affects interactions with others.
- Recognize and adapt to different communication styles.
- Help their team members improve their communication with others.
- Make a plan on how to improve team communication and integration for greater efficiency, trust, and results.
