Based on the model developed by Ichak Adizes, this tool categorizes leadership, management, and work styles into four key roles:

• Producer (P) – Focused on results and execution,
• Administrator (A) – Driven by process, structure, and organization
• Entrepreneur (E) – Visionary, innovative, and change-oriented
• Integrator (I) – Prioritizes harmony, collaboration, and team cohesion
  This model is used to diagnose both organizational effectiveness and individual contribution.

By the end of the wprkshop, the participants will be able to:

• Understand their own communication style and how it affects interactions with others.
• Recognize and adapt to different communication styles.
• Help their team members improve their communication with others.
