The 6 Types of Working Genius® is a powerful tool developed by The Table Group that identifies six core types of workplace preferences (“geniuses”): Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. Understanding these “Geniuses” allows teams to clarify roles, improve collaboration, and increase overall performance.
