Unlocking Team Potential with DISC D3
Recommended for everyone who communicates and collaborates with others. Particularly valuable for teams, team leaders, and managers who want to improve teamwork, trust, and performance.
What it’s about:
Developed by psychologist William Moulton Marston, the DISC model categorizes behavior into four key styles:
- Dominance (D) – Focused on results, action, and taking charge.
- Influence (I) – Outgoing, persuasive, and relationship-oriented.
- Steadiness (S) – Supportive, patient, and team-focused.
- Conscientiousness (C) – Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
The DISC D3 approach goes beyond the classic model by integrating three additional dimensions. It measures behavioral styles (DISC), thinking styles in teams (TEAMS), internal values/motivators (Values), and behavioral attitudes (BAI) helping to understand how people act, think, and what drives them.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand their DISC behavior style and how it shapes communication, decision-making, and collaboration — along with recognizing the styles of others to enhance team dynamics.
- Apply their personal motivators and values in the workplace.
- Gain a 360° view of individual and team effectiveness by integrating behavior, motivation, competencies.
