Pitching a new idea/project/initiative and getting buy-in. Based on Guy Kawasaki’s “The Art of the Start”. Great ideas often come from the most unexpected places, but often people talk themselves out of submitting an idea because they can’t clarify it so that their managers, especially senior managers, would buy into.

This training will help participants to show stakeholders what’s in it for them, create a clear order of their pitch (why, how, what) and deliver 3-min pitch more confidently.
